Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Process: To start a return, you can contact us at topdiffstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When initiating a return, please be aware that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of the item back to our designated return address.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process. In the event of a refund due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.


Refunds

  • Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Contact: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at topdiffstore@gmail.com.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours, please contact our customer support team via topdiffstore@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation request and initiate a refund. Please note that if your order has already been shipped or delivered within the 24-hour window, the cancellation request may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damage, or notice you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away at topdiffstore@gmail.com. Providing a photo and description of the issue will help us address it quickly.
