All our products are made to order, which means it takes 2–4 business days to create your product before it ships. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it to your location using DHL.

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Start a return by contacting us at topdiffstore@gmail.com for approval and instructions. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately with a photo and description, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
